Warren Zanes
Warren Zanes is the Vice President of Education at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum and received his Ph.D in Visual and Cultural Studies from the University of Rochester.
His book about Dusty Springfield’s legendary album Dusty in Memphis was published by Continuum Books in 2003.
He released two solo CDs on Dualtone (Memory Girls in 2003, and People That I’m Wrong For in March 2006) and a self-issued release on iTunes in 2011 called I Want to Move Out in the Daylight!.
As a member of the group the Del Fuegos, Zanes made three albums for Warner Brothers in the 1980s.
