Joyce Berry is a retired blue-eyed soul-flavored pop singer and backing vocalist from North Dakota who cut her first record, "Never Be Discouraged" as a disco hit from 1978, released on the West End record label, written by the late Walter Kahn, Andy Kahn & Helen Rice.
