D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival)

D.O.A., Dead on Arrival®is a heavy metal, psychedelic, acid rock band from New York, influenced by the likes of Iron Butterfly, Uriah Heep, Vanilla Fudge, and Deep Purple. Drummer and Middletown, NY, native Rick Ferrusi founded the group in his home state, and provided most of the spirituality tinged songwriting direction. Dead on Arrival / D.O.A. convened an additional lineup of vocalist / guitarist Tommy Dee, guitarist / keyboardist Adam Frye, and bassist Mike LePond in 1991.
