Created by Brett "Mr. Brett" Gurewitz after his departure from Bad Religion in 1994. In 1996 they released their first, and only single containing the songs "Hate You", written for and about Jay Bentley with whom he had a business-related argument that was also Brett's excuse for leaving the band, and "Rules, Hearts".
