Charm Farm

Alternative rockers Charm Farm emerged from the suburbs of Detroit with a sound marrying the city's indigineous techno rhythms with the proto-punk spirit of the Stooges and the MC5. The group was led by singer/songwriter Dennis White, a graduate of Boston's Berklee School of Music; although he first recorded under the Charm Farm name in 1989, he then spent several years as a member of the techno group Inner City. Upon leaving the band, White revived Charm Farm, rounding out the lineup with guitarist Steve Zuccaro, drummer Eric Meyer, bassist Dino Zoyes and synth player Ken Roberts.
